  • Website prompts, generated website code, project names, and saved project content you choose to create in BuildSite AI.
  • Subscription information, such as your plan, subscription status, and Stripe customer or subscription IDs.
  • Basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide and maintain BuildSite AI.
  • Generate, save, publish, and manage website projects.
  • Process subscriptions and provide customer support.
  • Protect the service from abuse, fraud, and security issues.
  • Improve BuildSite AI and communicate important updates.

4. Service providers

We use trusted service providers to operate BuildSite AI. These providers may process information on our behalf:

  • Supabase for account authentication and database services.
  • OpenAI for AI website generation and editing.
  • Stripe for subscription checkout and billing management.
  • Vercel for hosting and delivering the application.

BuildSite AI does not receive or store your full payment card number. Stripe handles payment information through its checkout and customer portal.

5. Sharing and selling information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to run BuildSite AI, when you direct us to do so, or when required by law.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep account and project information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights. You may request account or data deletion by emailing suburghsllc@gmail.com.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so please protect your account credentials and contact us if you believe your account was accessed without permission.

8. Children

BuildSite AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
