First subscription refund
BuildSite AI offers one refund within 7 days of a customer’s first paid Creator or Pro subscription payment.
How to request a refund
Email suburghsllc@gmail.com within 7 days of your first paid subscription payment. Include the email address used for your BuildSite AI account and a short description of your request.
Renewals and later payments
Refunds for renewal payments, payments after the first 7 days, and additional subscription periods are not guaranteed. We may review exceptional situations individually.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your paid subscription from the Account page at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Processing time
If a refund is approved, we will process it through Stripe. Your financial institution may take additional time to display the refunded amount.
