Terms of Service

1. Using BuildSite AI

BuildSite AI is a website-building service operated by Suburghs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and for activity that happens through your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful purposes.

3. AI-generated websites

BuildSite AI uses artificial intelligence to help create and edit website code. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and deciding whether to use any generated content or code. Do not use the service to create unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or deceptive material.

4. Paid subscriptions

Creator and Pro plans are monthly subscriptions. The price and plan details are shown before you complete checkout. Your plan automatically renews each month until you cancel it.

You can manage or cancel a paid subscription from the Account page. If you cancel, your paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period, and future recurring charges stop.

5. Refunds

A customer may request one refund within 7 days of their first paid BuildSite AI subscription payment. To request it, email suburghsllc@gmail.com with the email used for the account. Refund requests after the first 7 days, or for renewal payments, are not guaranteed.

6. Availability

We may change, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of BuildSite AI. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildSite AI and Suburghs are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
